AllEars.Vet is software for veterinarians and veterinary clinics that records consultations, transcribes them with AI and creates structured veterinary clinical records. It combines digital prescriptions with dose calculation and digital signatures, patient histories, AI chat over records and attached exams or images, online booking, reminders and a guardian portal. The product runs in a desktop browser and native iPhone, iPad and Android apps, serving individual veterinarians as well as shared clinic teams.
The Free plan includes AI transcription and summaries, a calendar, online booking and reminders at no cost. Pro costs $9.99 per month with monthly billing or $8.33 per month with annual billing, adding live suggestions throughout the entire consultation and unlimited consultations, patients, prescriptions and chat messages. Clinic costs 49.9 BRL per veterinarian per month with monthly billing and adds a shared team and history, assistants and reception, plus a calendar and booking page for each veterinarian. A seven-day free trial is also available.
For scheduling, AllEars.Vet offers public booking pages for pet guardians, recurring appointments, vaccine, recheck and protocol reminders, and two-way Google Calendar synchronization. WhatsApp and email support reminder notifications, while the guardian portal provides vaccination records, upcoming doses and prescriptions. Its stronger distinction is the connection between appointment management and clinical documentation: AI transcription, structured records, digital prescriptions and patient-history chat sit alongside the calendar.
