Albi is restoration management software for contractors handling mitigation, remediation, and rebuild work. It brings project and job management, field documentation, scheduling, customer communications, time tracking, payments, reporting, and estimating into one platform. Office teams can manage invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and payment requests, while field teams can capture photos, videos, moisture maps, damage records, and equipment details through web, iOS, and Android workflows.
Its strongest fit is an insurance-oriented operation that needs connected estimating and accounting workflows. Albi synchronizes projects with Xactimate and supports estimate imports, while integrations include XactAnalysis, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage, Xero, Kahi, iCAT, Encircle, CompanyCam, EagleView, CleanClaims, and Zapier. Drybook adds structured workflows for equipment, moisture points, visits, and progress. The platform also includes crew assignment, mobile scheduling, floor-plan scanning, time clocks, employee time tracking, and payment-related tools.
Albi uses paid Base Seat, Pro Seat, and Enterprise plans. Base includes photo documentation, mobile scheduling, e-signatures, equipment scanning, time clocks, and moisture mapping. Pro adds call tracking and recording, Albi Analytics - Base, and access to financials. Enterprise includes Pro features plus an in-person onboarding option, a dedicated account manager, and a priority support team. Firms seeking broad restoration operations coverage and deep insurance or accounting integrations should consider Albi; teams wanting a free plan or a narrowly focused scheduling tool should look elsewhere.

- Where it doesn't
- No free plan; access is based on paid seats
- Midsize and enterprise pricing is custom
- Some older floor-plan documentation describes ESX/XM8 export as forthcoming
