AlayaCare is a cloud-based platform for home and community care organizations. It brings intake, caregiver scheduling, workforce management, electronic visit verification, clinical documentation, billing, reporting, mobile caregiver tools, and family engagement into one system. Caregivers can access schedules, visit details, care plans, forms, and client records from mobile devices. The platform is positioned for growing agencies and larger multi-site organizations that need to coordinate operations across branches and service lines.
Pricing is custom and may reflect organizational size, region, care model, modules, and integrations. There is no generic free trial.
