Airtable is a cloud-based, no-code database and app-building platform for teams that need more than a simple table. Its linked records connect data across tables, while customizable views, forms, interfaces, and automations help departments organize work and create user-facing workflows. Marketing, product, creative, operations, sales, and project management teams can use it to structure operational data, collect submissions, automate actions, and connect external services without building a traditional application.

The Free plan provides 1,000 records per base, 1,000 API calls per workspace per month, 1 GB of attachment storage per base, and two weeks of revision and snapshot history. Team costs $20 per user per month with annual billing and adds 50,000 records per base, 100,000 API calls per workspace per month, 20 GB of attachment storage per base, automations, forms, Interface Designer, extensions, and restricted share links. Business costs $45 per user per month with annual billing and raises capacity to 125,000 records, unlimited API calls, and 100 GB of attachment storage, while adding two-way sync and an admin panel. Enterprise Scale uses sales-led pricing and adds governance, administration, up to 500,000 records per base, and 25,000 AI credits per paid user per month at list price. The first workspace receives a 14-day Team trial.

Platform coverage is broad: Airtable supports web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and API access. Integrations include Slack, Google Drive, Salesforce, Jira, GitHub, Gmail, calendars, Snowflake, Zendesk, Stripe, Tableau Cloud, Typeform, Miro, and Dropbox. Its web API, data synchronization, and AI features extend the platform beyond database storage. Teams that need a mature, flexible operating system for connected workflows should consider Airtable. Smaller projects with modest record needs can stay on Free, while organizations needing advanced governance should evaluate Enterprise Scale; teams seeking an open-source or self-hosted database should choose an alternative.
