Airstudio is photography studio management software for high-volume school, sports, and senior photography businesses. The product is aimed at studios managing recurring picture-day workflows and multi-person operations rather than solo photographers or small teams seeking only scheduling and billing.
Pricing is built around active-user ranges. The Premium plan for up to 10 active users costs $200 per month with monthly billing or $2,160 per year with annual billing, equivalent to $180 per month. Both versions include CRM and client tools, employee management, workflow and tasks, equipment tracking, advanced scheduling, and a client portal. The Enterprise plan adds the full feature set, unlimited users, multiple teams, and dedicated support. A free plan is not part of the offering, while a free trial is advertised.
