AI Invites review
A mobile-friendly way to create personalized video invitations and track RSVPs.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
AI Invites creates personalized video invitations for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, and other personal events. Hosts enter event details and guest information, then generate invitations customized for individual recipients. It is designed for people who want more than a static invitation, particularly mobile users managing guest lists and sharing through messaging apps, email, group chats, or social posts.
Its strongest feature set combines personalization with bulk creation. Hosts can prepare invitations for a guest list, add personalized guest messages, choose from multiple themes and styles, and monitor RSVPs in one service. Guest-list management adds a practical layer for keeping event responses organized. Coverage across the web, iOS, and Android also suits hosts and invitees who communicate across different devices and channels, including WhatsApp and iMessage.
AI Invites uses a freemium model with a free starting option, while additional paid features are available through the app. That structure gives users a way to begin without committing to a paid tier, though the paid experience is app-centered. The product is a good fit for personal events where customized video and RSVP coordination matter. Hosts seeking a focused invitation workflow should find its feature mix relevant; those looking for a broader event-management system may prefer a product with planning tools beyond invitations, guest communication, and response tracking.
