Self-service users can advertise properties and manage buyer or tenant communication online, while developers can manage multi-plot schemes with site plans and live plot statuses.
The published plans show a free option alongside paid services. The Self-service plan includes property listing management, buyer and tenant enquiries, viewing coordination and offer management. Platform access costs £200 per month and adds listings, a branded microsite, an inbox with AI Sales Assistant, a viewings calendar, AML and KYC, and sales memorandum generation. Per-property marketing costs £250 per property per 3 months and distributes listings to Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and PrimeLocation.
