AgilQuest’s workplace reservation technology is now offered within Tango as Tango Reserve. The cloud platform is aimed at organizations running hybrid, hoteling or flexible workplace programs, particularly enterprise and mid-market teams that need to coordinate desks, meeting rooms and shared resources. Employees can search floorplans, find colleagues, book from web or mobile, and check in, modify or cancel reservations. Workplace teams get tools for visitor check-in and host notification as well as occupancy and utilization analytics.
Configurable booking rules are a notable fit for organizations whose reservation policies vary by location, role or time. Alongside desk and room booking, the product covers shared-resource reservations, interactive floorplans, colleague finder and team booking visibility. Calendar integration is listed, and AI reservation recommendations are included. These features give workplace teams more than a simple booking calendar: they can guide reservations around organizational rules and review how space is being used. The platform is available through web, iOS, Android and API, with cloud and mobile deployment listed.
The commercial approach is sales-led: the pricing model is contact sales, and a demo is requested. That makes it a reasonable candidate for teams evaluating a configurable workplace program, but organizations seeking straightforward public plan comparisons may prefer alternatives with published pricing. SSO/SAML is listed for enterprise-oriented access, while documentation is the support channel specified. Choose Tango Reserve if configurable reservations, visitor workflows and utilization insight belong in one workplace system; consider another option if transparent self-service pricing or support beyond documentation is central to procurement.
