Aghor is studio management software for Indian gyms, yoga and Pilates studios, dance academies, wellness businesses, and independent instructors. It brings class scheduling, instructor assignment, capacity states, bookings, cancellations, waitlists, memberships, class packs, client records, payments, reminders, analytics, and on-demand video into one workspace. Members book through the web, while businesses manage schedules, attendance, payments, and client activity. It is a practical fit for studios that need core operations and Indian payment methods in one system rather than a specialist tool for only bookings or video.
The plan structure scales by member volume and operational depth. Starter supports up to 50 members, unlimited classes, UPI and card payments, five on-demand videos, email reminders, and basic analytics. Growth raises the limit to 200 members and adds programs and workshops, unlimited on-demand video, promo codes, gift cards, three staff seats, and WhatsApp reminders. Suite adds unlimited members, multi-location support, priority support, ten staff seats, advanced client management, and revenue and invoice reporting. Enterprise adds custom member limits, dedicated onboarding, SLA support, consolidated billing, white-label branding, and API access. Plans start at 790, and Starter and Growth include a 14-day trial.
Aghor’s ecosystem fit is focused but relevant: Razorpay, UPI, and WhatsApp support align with payment collection and reminders, while public booking pages and an embeddable widget provide web booking options. The published plans also state that Growth includes a branded mobile app, while the product platform is listed as web. Studios should consider the product if they want scheduling, payments, CRM, memberships, and video together, especially across Indian payment workflows. It may be less suitable for teams that require a clearly defined native mobile platform, a verified location allowance on the entry plan, or immediate access while onboarding remains waitlist-based.
