Agendara review
A low-cost planner that turns tasks, estimates, and priorities into calendar time.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Agendara combines task management, effort estimates, project organization, and calendar scheduling for individuals and small teams. Users can add priorities, deadlines, earliest start dates, work hours, task steps, and dependencies, then have work sessions placed into available calendar time. The product is available on the web and iOS, with support for business and private task scopes, daily progress tracking, and streaks. Its focus suits people who want a task list to become a practical schedule rather than remain separate from their calendar.
Pricing is straightforward, with Monthly at €2.99 per month and Yearly at €29.99 per year. Both plans include unlimited tasks and milestones, automatic scheduling, Google and Apple calendar sync, AI-powered milestone generation, Apple Reminders sync, and web and mobile apps. Agendara is currently in beta, and all features are free until at least the end of September 2026; the listed paid prices apply after that period. Buyers should consider the monthly plan for flexibility or the yearly plan for a lower stated annual cost, while noting that there is no free plan after beta.
Calendar and reminder compatibility is a central strength. Agendara supports Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, CalDAV, Apple Reminders, and iCal, including an iCal feed export for scheduled tasks and bidirectional Apple Reminders synchronization. Its project tools also cover steps, dependencies, estimates, priorities, deadlines, and AI-generated suggestions. That combination makes it a good fit for calendar-led planning across Apple and Google ecosystems. People seeking a mature product with a longer operating history, Android access, or a permanently free tier should consider alternatives instead; Agendara was founded in 2026 and is currently in beta.
