Agenda review
Agenda suits Apple users who want dated notes, calendar links, and collaboration.

Agenda organizes notes in a timeline alongside calendar events, making it a fit for Apple users who want dated records connected to their schedules. It supports business users, engineers, scientists, teachers, students, and creatives, with styled text, headings, lists, tables, tags, links, checklists, reminders, attachments, images, drawings, and file links. Notes can also be shared and edited collaboratively in real time.
Its strongest area is the connection between notes and the wider Apple ecosystem. Agenda works with Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, Contacts, Apple Shortcuts, iCloud, Dropbox, and Model Context Protocol. Search, saved searches, project organization, and templates support larger collections, while import and export options include Markdown, HTML, PDF, and RTF. On supported Apple devices, the on-device Ask Agenda AI assistant adds another way to work with notes. Offline access is also listed among its category capabilities.
Agenda uses a freemium model with a free plan and a 7-day free trial. Premium offerings cover iPadOS and iOS, Mac with iPhone and iPad, supported Apple devices, and a lifetime option with current and future premium features. The plan structure is therefore relevant for households or individuals using more than one Apple device, but buyers should match the premium option to their device combination and storefront. Choose Agenda if timeline organization, calendar links, Apple integration, and exports matter more than platform breadth. Users seeking a web-first or non-Apple note system should consider a different type of app.
