AECoViz is a cloud-based AI workspace for architects and other AEC professionals who need to turn room programs and project parameters into layout options. Floor Plan Studio generates ranked schemes and lets users edit rooms, walls, doors, windows, furniture and dimensions in 2D and 3D. It also supports people exploring layouts, builders and developers. The tool’s emphasis is constraint-heavy layout generation, with adjacent rendering, concept-generation and studio-management tools in the wider workspace.

The workflow extends beyond drawing: AECoViz can import DXF underlays, trace sketches or photos into editable wall geometry, and check compliance while calculating areas and quantities. Multi-floor stacking, layout optimization and sun/shadow study tools broaden the planning work. The workspace also supports comments, markups, share links and project version history.
