Adya Recruitment Agent is an AI recruiting system for in-house talent teams hiring at volume. Its Sourcer, Screener, and Scheduler agents share a candidate model across discovery, role-fit scoring, resume parsing, application screening, asynchronous video interviews, skill assessments, outreach, scheduling, and ATS synchronization. The product is positioned for mid-market and enterprise teams that need one workflow spanning candidate discovery through interview coordination, rather than a tool focused on only one recruiting task.

Pricing is organized into four monthly plans. Starter costs $149 per month and includes email outreach, calendar booking, ATS sync with Greenhouse, Lever, and Workable, and custom workflows. Pro costs $380 per month and adds LinkedIn and WhatsApp channels, custom screening rubrics, and priority email and chat support. Enterprise costs $1,299 per month and adds a custom workflow builder, Bullhorn and Workday integrations, a dedicated customer success manager, and Slack support. Enterprise XL costs $4,000 per month and adds multi-region and sovereign deployment, on-premises and BYOC deployment, and a technical solutions engineer. The vendor also states that pricing includes monthly base fees plus profile and hire overages, with a seven-day trial covering 50 profiles and five hires.

Adya’s breadth is its main differentiator. Candidate sourcing can draw from LinkedIn, job boards, ATS records, referrals, and past applicants, while outreach supports email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and SMS. Calendar coordination includes reminders and automatic rescheduling, and hiring-funnel analytics and audit trails support ongoing review. PII masking and approved-signal ranking controls address privacy-conscious workflows. Teams wanting multi-stage automation and tiered ATS support should consider Adya; teams seeking a free product, a web-only recruiting workflow, or a narrower single-purpose tool may prefer a different fit.
