Adxerv Ad Server serves and measures digital campaigns for advertisers, agencies, ad networks and publishers. Its tools cover publisher- and placement-specific tags, targeting, pacing, priority tiers, frequency caps, creative rotation and delivery reporting. The web and API platform supports campaigns across display, video, CTV, in-app, audio and digital out-of-home. It is suited to teams that need configurable ad serving and event-level visibility, especially those comfortable with usage-based billing; teams seeking a fixed-cost entry plan should weigh the serving charges carefully.
Pricing is organized around throughput and per-impression serving rates. Launch has no monthly fee and charges $0.035 CPM, with shared throughput of approximately 200 QPS burst and 20 ad requests included per impression. Growth costs $100 per month, charges $0.02 CPM, commits 1,000 QPS and includes 30 ad requests per impression. Scale costs $299 per month, charges $0.012 CPM, commits 5,000 QPS (burstable) and includes 50 ad requests per impression. A $50-per-month white-label add-on is available with any plan and provides a custom domain, logo, login screen and branded reports. The published pricing makes Launch a no-monthly-fee option, not unlimited free serving.
The feature set goes beyond basic display delivery: targeting spans geography, device, operating system, app, domain, daypart, language, connection type and custom key-values. Pacing can be even, ASAP or front-loaded, while frequency caps can apply by user, device or household. Formats include video, HTML5, audio, image and third-party tags; standards and connections include VAST, VMAP, VPAID, MRAID, OpenRTB DOOH, conversion pixels, postbacks and webhooks. Reporting covers delivery, VTR, quartiles, engagement and conversions, with event-level exports, APIs and scheduled exports. Teams needing these controls and logs may find the plan structure a fit; those prioritizing predictable serving costs should compare the CPM charges against their expected volume.
