Advottic review
A low-cost starting point for firms that want matter tools, billing and document workflows.

Advottic combines a law-firm practice-management workspace with legal-preparation tools for individuals. For solo and small firms, its firm features cover matters, branded client intake, calendaring, billable time, invoicing, document drafting, e-signatures and evidence organization. The product also offers Bella AI features, while the vendor describes AI output as informational rather than legal advice. A free plan and low fixed-price options are available for consumer case use, but the firm plans are priced per user per month; firms should compare the plan scope with their billing and matter needs.
Pricing divides into consumer case plans and firm plans. The Free consumer plan includes one case, court-ready PDF export, Safe Witness alerts and counsel and public defender directories. Starter is $19 per month for three cases, SMS delivery for Safe Witness and priority support. Plus is $29 per month and adds Bella, template-based drafting and 500K Bella tokens monthly; Pro is $59 per month, adding AI document review and law-firm collaboration with 1.5M tokens; Ultra is $99 per month, with case timelines, group and community cases and 3M tokens. For firms, Solo is $59 per user monthly and includes practice management, time tracking, invoicing, IOLTA, intake, conflict checks, templates and 25 GB storage. Small Firm is $99 per user and adds three-way IOLTA reconciliation, Employee Hub and priority email support; Growing Firm is $149 per user, with analytics, a dedicated customer success manager and SAML SSO. A seven-day trial is offered.
Migration support is focused: matter data and documents can be imported from Clio, MyCase and PracticePanther. Advottic is available on web and Android, and listed support is by email. The Solo tier's IOLTA inclusion is distinct from three-way trust-account reconciliation, which begins at Small Firm. Firms that need those accounting controls should budget accordingly; teams seeking a broader platform footprint should assess the web and Android coverage. Overall, it fits smaller practices looking for an all-in-one set of core workflows, while firms with more extensive integration or platform requirements may prefer to evaluate alternatives.
