AdvocateHub is Influitive’s customer advocacy platform for organizations that want to mobilize customers as advocates. It supports referral campaigns, advocacy challenges, personalized campaigns, customer communities, references, reviews, rewards, and analytics. Referral teams can create custom links, track clicks, manage leads, and follow milestone progress. It is aimed at companies managing customer communities, including software organizations ranging from SMBs to large enterprises.

Pricing is contact-sales only, and there is no free plan. The Customer Advocacy plan covers activation and advocacy, personalization and targeting, loyalty and rewards, pre-built templates and campaigns, and analytics and ROI reporting. The Digital Community plan includes everything in Customer Advocacy, then adds discussions, moderation, a knowledge base, ideation, and Q&A. Reward options include company swag, dinners, training sessions, charity donations, and gift cards, giving teams several ways to structure advocacy participation.

Platform fit is a central strength. AdvocateHub supports web and API access and connects with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Zapier, Tango Card, Upland RO Innovation, and Point of Reference. CRM and marketing automation integrations can connect referral activity with lead progression, while analytics and ROI reporting help teams assess program outcomes. The trade-off is breadth: teams seeking only a focused referral tool may find the advocacy challenges, community features, rewards, and engagement functions broader than necessary. Choose AdvocateHub when referrals need to sit within a larger customer advocacy or community program; choose a narrower option when referral links, tracking, and payouts are the primary requirements.

AdvocateHub pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Custom referral links, click tracking, lead management, and milestone tracking
    • Challenges, points, badges, leaderboards, rewards, and segmentation
    • Community discussions, moderation, knowledge base, ideation, and Q&A
  • Where it doesn't
    • Pricing is contact-sales only
    • Broader advocacy and community scope may exceed referral-only needs
    • The Digital Community plan adds capabilities beyond a focused referral program
