Advision is a cloud-based digital signage content management system for businesses, retail locations, restaurants, corporate spaces, and DOOH networks. Teams can manage content remotely from a web account and distribute video, audio, images, HTML files, ZIP HTML apps, widgets, and VAST ads to screens and audio systems. It supports Android, Linux, Windows, web players, and several commercial display platforms, with offline playback available for connected deployments.
Pricing is structured around four plans. Free includes audio and video, online and offline status, player screenshots, and chat support. Standard costs $10 per device per month and adds standard playlist settings, a weather and clock module, and a content creation studio. Pro costs $15 per device per month and adds user hierarchy, activity logs, flexible playlists, screen group synchronization, zoning, and video wall creation. Pro+ costs $25 per device per month and adds geotargeting, a pDOOH SSP connector, Wi-Fi tracking, third-party CMS integration, an API, and content playback reports. The pricing page also notes discounts for 100+ device connections and says a manager helps determine pricing after the second device.
Monitoring and reporting are central strengths for distributed signage and advertising networks. Advision provides connection and synchronization status, screenshots, previews, device statistics, playback logs, and proof-of-play. Its scheduling tools support frequency, calendar periods, weekdays, and playback counts, while screen grouping, zoning, synchronization, and video walls support more structured installations. Integrations cover CRM systems, DOOH SSPs, Wi-Fi tracking platforms, third-party CMSs, cloud platforms, and data vendors. Choose Advision when remote control and playback verification matter across multiple screens. A simpler signage requirement may not justify the per-device paid plans or the higher tiers required for advanced integrations.
