Adobe Connect is virtual meeting and webinar software for trainers, marketers, educators, businesses, and government organizations. It combines browser and desktop video and audio meetings with persistent virtual rooms, reusable layouts, screen sharing, chat, polls, moderated Q&A, whiteboards, annotations, breakout rooms, recordings, captions, analytics, and participant controls. The platform supports web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, API, and self-hosted environments, making it suitable for organizations that need more structured sessions than basic video calls.

Pricing is annual and charged per host. Standard costs $190 per host per year for 1–5 host licenses, 100-room capacity, and 5 GB of cloud storage; the Training or Webinar Pro Pack is available separately. Premium costs $290 per host per year for 6–49 host licenses, 100-room capacity, 10 GB of storage, and the Training or Webinar Pro Pack included. Enterprise costs $390 per host per year for 25+ host licenses, 300-room capacity, unlimited cloud storage subject to fair usage, and the Pro Pack included. A 30-day free trial is available. Capacity upgrades and shared-room or event options can support up to 1,500 participants.

Its strongest fit is repeatable, interactive delivery: persistent rooms, pre-staged breakouts, custom layouts, branding, virtual backgrounds, edited recordings, engagement reports, participant profiles, and APIs support ongoing programs. Microsoft 365 Outlook, Microsoft 365 calendar, and learning management systems through SCORM-compatible web services provide practical ecosystem connections. Choose Adobe Connect when training structure, webinar controls, and deployment flexibility matter more than a low entry price. Organizations seeking a simple, inexpensive meeting tool may prefer a less specialized option.
