ADGEvents Trade Show Management Software is a web and API event operations platform for organizations running trade shows and other events. It fits commercial organizations, nonprofits, associations, and agencies that need exhibitor applications, booth allocation, attendee registration, and event-day coordination in one system. Public application forms support tiered booth options, while a floor plan provides numbered booth assignment and status tracking for open, held, and sold booths. Exhibitors can capture leads by scanning attendee badges and export those leads for CRM use.

Pricing follows a freemium model. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes up to two events per workspace, up to 100 attendees per event, two team seats, public event pages and registrations, and QR code check-in. The published plans also show Pro for growing organizations running regular events at a 1.5% site fee, and Business for white-label needs and higher volume at a 1.0% site fee. A commercial paid plan is listed at $990 per year, while verified nonprofits have a paid plan at $588 per year. The pricing structure gives smaller programs a clear starting point, although the paid plan presentation includes different Pro entries.

The broader operations layer is a useful fit when trade show management extends beyond booth sales. ADGEvents includes benefit tracking with owners, deadlines, and delivery proof; event registration and ticket configuration; run-of-show cues; live operational views; and staff and volunteer scheduling. Stripe, CRM systems, HRIS, and BI systems are listed integrations. Stripe Connect setup may be required, and paid-ticket and subscription payment workflows may still be in testing. Choose ADGEvents for a free program that combines exhibitor workflows with event operations; consider another option if contract or e-signature workflows are central to the buying process.
