Our verdict on ADAMANT Messenger

ADAMANT Messenger is an open-source messaging client for the ADAMANT blockchain, aimed at people who want chat without registering a phone number or email address. It is available through a progressive web app and apps for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. The free service combines encrypted messaging with blockchain-based accounts and an integrated multi-currency wallet, making it a distinctive option for privacy-focused users who are comfortable with cryptocurrency concepts.

Privacy and file sharing are central to its design. Messages use Curve25519, Salsa20, and Poly1305, while file sharing uses IPFS with end-to-end encryption. The client also records message ordering and authenticity on the blockchain. These features offer a different model from a conventional account-based chat service, but they also tie messaging activity to a blockchain network. The vendor notes that network fees may apply to messages; they are not a subscription charge and can depend on blockchain conditions.

The wallet lets users send and receive cryptocurrency in chats, which may appeal to people who want transfers alongside messaging. The project is community-developed, and the vendor says no company or other legal entity stands behind it. That context may matter to buyers looking for a clearly identified service provider or conventional support arrangements. ADAMANT is worth considering for users who prioritize anonymous account creation, open-source clients, and crypto functionality. Those seeking a familiar messenger centered on broader calling or group capabilities should compare alternatives, since those capabilities are not established here.
