Actus review
Structured objectives, appraisals and employee conversations across web and mobile.

Actus brings objectives, appraisals and ongoing employee conversations into a cloud-based performance management platform. It is aimed at organizations that want structured workflows for individuals, teams and the wider organization, from smaller businesses through enterprise. Employees and managers can use the web platform or iOS and Android apps. SMART objectives can include milestones and reminders, while one-to-ones, configurable appraisal templates, development plans, learning requirements, feedback requests and peer recognition support a broader review cycle.
The feature set extends beyond periodic appraisals: dashboards and reporting cover performance, and calibration and moderation reporting support review processes across teams. Automated reminders and calendar invitations can help keep conversations and review tasks on schedule. Organizations looking for a narrower tool focused only on collecting annual reviews may find Actus's objectives, development and recognition workflows more than they need; those seeking connected year-round processes have more of the cycle in one platform.
Actus offers three plans: Actus Edge is aimed at companies with 50 or fewer employees; Performance Management includes standard implementation; and Actus Enterprise is aimed at companies with 1,000 or more employees. The pricing model is contact sales, and there is no free plan. Integration options include Microsoft Teams, IRIS Cascade, ciphr, Power BI and Excel, alongside identity and data-transfer options such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, REST API and SFTP. Actus is a fit for organizations that value configurable workflows and calibration, while teams needing upfront numeric pricing or a free starting tier should consider alternatives. The product lists email support, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance, and SAML single sign-on.
