A mature no-code database for offline collection, reporting and controlled collaboration.

ActivityInfo is a web-based information management system for humanitarian aid, emergencies, international development and other social-sector organizations. It combines no-code relational database design with customizable forms and subforms, validation and relevance rules, reporting, dashboards, maps and mobile data collection. Its offline capability makes it particularly suited to field teams collecting programme data where connectivity is inconsistent. Teams can also use it for partner reporting, monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement, cash voucher assistance and case management.
Pricing is structured around organizational scale. The Solo plan costs €545 per user per year, billed annually, and includes one database, the database and form designer, a validating spreadsheet importer, survey collection links, analysis and visualization, and community support. Programme adds unlimited databases, external partner reporting, advanced role-based permissions and professional support by email and video calls. Enterprise Agreement uses per-organization pricing, with no limits on users or storage, multi-year agreements with locked-in price and client-specific contractual terms. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no permanent free plan. The platform is available as hosted SaaS or self-managed server deployment, with web, iOS and Android access.
Its strongest case is breadth within a focused operational setting: ActivityInfo connects field collection to dashboards, pivot tables, charts, maps, audit logs, workflow automations, filters and webhooks. A JSON-based REST-style API supports connections with Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS Online, QGIS, Python and R. Resource-level access controls and record history are useful where partner data and programme records need careful governance. Organizations that need offline collection, relational data and structured reporting should consider it; smaller teams seeking a low-cost single database may find the Solo entry price and scope restrictive, while organizations wanting broader general-purpose app building may prefer a different no-code platform.
