ACTICO Decision Management Platform is a business rules and decision automation platform for banks, insurers, financial institutions and other regulated organizations. It brings graphical rule modeling, decision tables, machine-learning models, testing, lifecycle management and decision execution into one environment. Business and IT teams can author, validate, govern, deploy and monitor decision logic centrally, with support for cloud, private-cloud and on-premises deployment models.

Pricing is structured around a 1-month Free Trial covering the whole ACTICO Platform tool stack. The Starter — On-premise plan costs €4,500 per year and includes rule authoring and testing, lifecycle management, an execution engine, Java API, GUI/workflow and machine learning. Enterprise — On-premise is a custom enterprise-level package. Starter — SaaS and Enterprise — SaaS also include rule authoring and testing, lifecycle management, execution engines, Java API and machine learning, with custom pricing for the SaaS and Enterprise packages. Prices exclude VAT and may vary by region, usage and volume.

The platform fits organizations that need governed decision services across existing systems. Decisions can be exposed through REST, SOAP, OpenAPI and Java APIs, represented in JSON or XML, or run in batches through a command-line interface. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Kubernetes support extend its deployment options, while OAuth2/OpenID Connect, Active Directory and SAML address identity integration. Central model versioning, audit trails, execution traces, monitoring, deployment and rollback support controlled change. Teams wanting visual authoring, rule testing, natural-language rule modeling with AI agents and hybrid deployment should consider ACTICO; smaller teams seeking a free plan or straightforward fixed-price SaaS may prefer a simpler alternative.
