It is designed for organizations managing hiring and workforce administration across government, healthcare, manufacturing, and other mid-market or enterprise environments. For EEO reporting, the platform supports EEO-1 reporting, AAP support, EEOC/OFCCP compliance reporting, audit trails, multi-entity reporting, CSV export, and data intake through migration, payroll integrations, APIs, and civil service exam systems.
Pricing is structured around three published monthly plans. Professional costs $299 per month and includes unlimited jobs, users, and candidates, standard reporting and analytics, 25,000+ job boards, and email and phone support. OPENdoor also costs $299 per month and adds a full-featured onboarding platform and API access. Enterprise costs $466 per month and adds a complete platform, advanced workflow and security, single sign-on, and a dedicated success manager. Annual billing is advertised with 10% savings, while the published plans present monthly pricing. There is no free plan.
