Accruent EAM is an enterprise asset management suite for organizations managing physical assets across manufacturing, utilities, energy, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and other asset-intensive industries. It covers the asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposal, while combining work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance, inventory, purchasing, finance, compliance records, engineering documents, analytics, mobile workflows, and IoT monitoring. Its scope suits multisite enterprises that need one system for operational, financial, and compliance processes rather than a narrowly focused maintenance tool.

Pricing is published under Maintenance Connection, which Accruent presents as part of its EAM offering. The For Professionals plan costs $110 per user per month when billed monthly or $1,325 per user per year when billed annually, with single-site to multisite scalability, integrations, audit trails, document management, and automated notifications. The Mobile Add-on costs $58 per user per month or $700 per user per year and adds barcode and QR scanning, document access, images, signatures, and mobile parts and inventory management. The For Enterprise plan includes multisite capabilities, reporting and dashboards, inventory, financial and purchasing functions, native EDMS, and IoT integration.

Integration and platform fit are central strengths. Accruent EAM supports web, API, and self-hosted deployments, with connections to SAP, Oracle, MES, SCADA, IoT devices, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and a RESTful API. IoT monitoring can trigger work orders automatically, while multisite reporting supports cross-location analysis. Compliance records, audit trails, e-signatures, and document revision control add structure for regulated environments. Choose Accruent EAM if your organization needs lifecycle costing, predictive maintenance, multisite analytics, and connected operational workflows. Consider an alternative if you need mobile functionality included in the base plan or a simpler tool focused only on work-order management.
