AccountingHub is a browser-based accounting platform for principals, family offices, real estate operators, asset owners, and CPAs managing related entities. It places companies in a private Portfolio with separate entity records, shared vendor and classification intelligence, consolidated and entity-level reporting, intercompany transaction tracking, bank reconciliation, journal entries, document attachments, invoicing, and AI-assisted transaction classification. The Portfolio plan supports LLCs, trusts, holding companies, partnerships, and other entity types, with up to 100 companies and unlimited users.

The published Portfolio plan costs $495 per Portfolio per month and includes a private dedicated database, intercompany tracking, consolidated reporting, and entity-level reporting. It also covers transaction staging, duplicate detection, journal entries with debit/credit validation, receipt and document attachments, 1099 reporting, and CSV data export. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. The pricing structure suits organizations that want one subscription for a broad group of related entities, while the monthly starting price may be harder to justify for smaller portfolios.

AccountingHub’s workflow breadth extends beyond intercompany accounting with bank reconciliation, CSV bank transaction import, QuickBooks CSV import, AI-assisted classification, and reporting at both portfolio and entity levels. Its ecosystem fit is narrower than platforms with named accounting-system integrations because the listed import options are CSV-based, and it is available through the web. Choose AccountingHub when centralized portfolio management, reconciliation, and reporting matter more than a wide integration network. Organizations seeking deeper ERP connectivity or more documented intercompany controls should consider alternatives with those capabilities.
