Our verdict on Acadle

Acadle is a web-based, white-labelled learning platform for customer education, employee training, partner onboarding, and community learning. Teams can create courses with video, document, and text lessons, then add drip delivery, learning paths, quizzes, surveys, live sessions, certificates, and recorded lessons. Custom domains, branding, in-app embeds, API access, segmentation, outreach, completion analytics, and community features support both structured education and ongoing learner engagement. The platform is designed for organizations launching an academy with a defined learner audience, including use cases covered by a learner limit of 200.

Pricing is organized across three public monthly plans and an Enterprise option. Basic costs $39 per month and includes light branding, course and lesson cloning, webhook and API access, custom domain and SSL, certificates, and drip courses. Essential costs $99 per month, adding no Acadle branding, assessments and surveys, leaderboard and gamification, certificate templates, an embeddable academy, and an AI Course Generator. Advanced costs $399 per month and adds SSO/SAML authentication, an inbuilt community, segmentation, email outreach, a Certificate Builder, and learning paths. Enterprise includes custom user, storage, and member limits, dedicated onboarding support, SSO/SAML and domain restrictions, SCORM and learning paths, and a white-labelled academy on your domain.

Acadle fits teams that need more than course hosting, particularly when certificates, assessments, community participation, live learning, or learner analytics are part of the program. Its integrations with Slack, Notion, Intercom, Stripe, Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, and Salesforce help it fit into customer success, marketing, payment, and CRM workflows. The seven-day trial offers a short evaluation window, while the paid-only model makes it less suitable for teams seeking a permanent free plan. Choose Acadle for a branded academy with broad education features and a low entry price; consider another option if you need a free tier or want advanced capabilities without moving to a higher plan.
