3D Asset provides modular 3D model packs for games, visualization, tools, and web projects. Its catalog is centered on architectural environments, including rooms, industrial settings, suburban areas, city scenes, buildings, streets, signs, fences, greenery, surfaces, effects, roofs, walls, props, and vehicles. The product suits teams and creators who need placeable assets for real-time projects without building every environment element from scratch. A royalty-free license covers commercial and personal use, and free GLB samples offer a way to inspect the asset style before purchasing.
Pricing is organized around one-time purchases. Rooms costs $13 and includes 15 placeable assets. Industrial costs $39 for 71 placeable assets, with glTF and Unity package formats.
