1WorldSync is a cloud-based product information management and content orchestration platform for manufacturers, brands, distributors, retailers, and other supply-chain participants. It is designed for organizations that need to create, validate, manage, and distribute product content through GDSN and connected data-transfer channels. Its scope covers sectors including consumer packaged goods, retail, foodservice, healthcare, electronics, hardlines, and e-commerce, with web and API access for small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations.

Pricing is organized into four plans. Basic starts from 399 annually and supports up to 10 products, publishing to one country via GDSN, one user, and 60 minutes of email or phone support. Starter raises the product allowance to 30 while retaining one country, one user, and the same support allocation. Professional supports up to 150 products, publishing to two countries or the DACH region via GDSN, two users, and 60 minutes of email or phone support. Custom adds unlimited products, global or multi-country publishing, GDSN, and a dedicated account manager. Digital Asset Management is an add-on for publishing plans.

The platform’s strongest fit is structured, retailer-facing content operations rather than lightweight catalog editing. Automated validation, configurable item workflows, product hierarchies, audit trails, and exports to Excel or PDF support controlled content governance. ERP, GDSN, AS2, and sFTP integrations extend its ecosystem, while Excel, CSV, flat-file, EDI, and XML exchange support varied data processes. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are listed compliance signals, and support includes email, phone, community, and documentation. Choose 1WorldSync when GDSN and retailer-standard publishing are central; organizations with very small catalogs or a preference for a free entry tier should consider a simpler alternative.
