1Huddle is a workforce training and talent platform built around quick-burst games, assessments and analytics. Hospitality, restaurant and other frontline-heavy teams can use it to onboard employees, deliver compliance and safety exercises, reinforce skills, and review participation, knowledge-retention and skill-gap data. Training is available through web, iPhone and Android apps, with push notifications, leaderboards, challenges and competitive role-play scenarios supporting ongoing engagement.

The published monthly plans target different operating scales. Growth, labeled the Starter Plan, costs $1,000 per month for small businesses and growing brands, with special pricing for select brands. Standard costs $2,500 per month and adds Game Shop access, standard training and support, custom branding, integrations and single sign-on. Premium costs $5,000 per month and includes Game Shop access, premium training and support, custom branding, integrations and single sign-on. Enterprise includes those listed capabilities, while its monthly amount is not shown. There is no free plan, so the product is aimed at organizations able to fund a substantial training program.

Its standout fit is the combination of an AI-powered game builder, a marketplace with thousands of games and analytics that track performance, participation and skill gaps. Compliance, safety and diversity-training content can sit alongside personalized material, while Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom integrations help connect training to existing workflows. Flexible APIs, SSO and custom branding support broader rollouts across small, mid-market and enterprise teams. Organizations seeking conventional, lower-cost course delivery may prefer a simpler LMS, and teams requiring always-on support should note that assistance is provided by email, chat, phone and ticket rather than 24/7 coverage.
