1099PRO, also presented as 1099Pro Cloud, is a web-based tax-information reporting platform for businesses and professional filers. It handles 1099, 1098, 1042-S, W-2 and other information returns, with imports through IRS 1220, CSV, Excel templates or manual entry. Filing teams can submit electronic transmittals to the IRS and states, validate taxpayer identification numbers, track filing status and manage corrections. Unlimited users and payers make the product a fit for organizations processing many forms across multiple clients or entities.

Pricing is annual and tiered. The published pricing shows a $449/year starting amount, while the plan cards list eFile Only at $499/year with federal and state e-filing, unlimited payers, bulk and real-time TIN validation, and correction management. eFile + Print & Mail costs $684/year and adds full-service printing, mailing and USPS address verification. eFile, Print & Mail + eDelivery costs $714/year and adds electronic recipient delivery. Enterprise includes managed services, a named account representative and a single sign-on option. A 7-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Its strongest case is breadth within information-return filing: more than 15 supported forms, IRS and SSA electronic transmittals, Combined Federal State Filing, direct state reporting, bulk imports, TIN matching, amendments and submission tracking. Recipient print, mail and eDelivery services extend the workflow beyond electronic submission. Compliance signals include SOC 2, ISO 27001 and two-factor authentication, with chat, email and documentation support. Choose 1099PRO when filing volume and recipient delivery options matter; teams wanting a broader payroll or accounting platform should consider an alternative built around those functions.
