October 1, 2026 brought announcements across enterprise events, cloud ERP, augmented reality and AI, and frozen food. This is a selected roundup—not a complete worldwide launch list—and distinguishes products available or offered on that date from previews and capabilities described as future plans.

At a glance: what launched and who it is for

Launch Audience and use case Availability stated in the announcement
TEN Organizations producing enterprise events, webinars, and continuing education Company announced the platform on October 1; its initial scope is described around these uses.
Acumatica 2026 R2 Growing businesses using cloud ERP Acumatica announced general availability on October 1.
Snap SPECS experiences and SPECS Intelligence Consumers interested in AR glasses and an AI service In-person glasses tryouts were scheduled to begin October 1 at a Los Angeles location. The AI announcement described an iOS preview and invitation-only early access on Mac.
Cappello’s Classic Crispy Crust pizza Shoppers looking for frozen pizza, including a gluten-free-certified wheat-based option The October 1 launch listing reported expansion into select Whole Foods stores. Company materials also name Whole Foods and Sprouts.

Enterprise event technology: TEN

TEN Holdings described TEN as a digital experience platform combining technology for creating, producing, engaging, marketing, and measuring digital experiences. Its initial release is aimed at enterprise events, webinars, and continuing education, rather than every kind of digital experience.

The company also described a broader roadmap. Treat that expansion as planned capability, not as proof that every feature or use case was available at launch.

Cloud ERP: Acumatica 2026 R2

Acumatica announced that its 2026 R2 cloud ERP release was generally available on October 1. The company highlighted embedded AI, modern analytics, a refined user experience, and industry-specific enhancements. Those are vendor descriptions; the announcement does not establish independent performance results.

Acumatica chief product officer Jon Pollock framed the release around practical workplace use: “Growing businesses aren’t looking for more AI experiments; they’re looking for practical AI solutions that empower teams to work smarter every day.”

AR glasses and AI: Snap’s SPECS announcements

Where consumers could try the glasses

In an announcement dated September 16, Snap said consumers could try SPECS AR glasses in person beginning October 1 at SPECS First Look at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles. That is a scheduled in-person experience at a named venue, not evidence of universal retail availability.

How SPECS Intelligence access was described

The same announcement introduced SPECS Intelligence, an anticipatory AI service designed to work across iPhone, Mac, and SPECS glasses. Snap described an iOS preview and invitation-only early access on Mac. These are distinct access conditions; the announcement does not say that the service was generally available to all users on every platform.

Frozen food: Cappello’s Classic Crispy Crust pizza

The October 1 launch listing reported a new gluten free certified, wheat-based pizza and expansion into select Whole Foods stores. Cappello’s official materials show its Classic Crispy Crust line, including Five Cheese and Uncured Pepperoni, and name Whole Foods and Sprouts as retail channels.

The company says the wheat starch is processed to meet FDA gluten-free food requirements and identifies GFCO certification on its product page. Gluten-free does not mean wheat-free or allergen-free: the Five Cheese product page lists wheat and milk as allergens. These are company product claims, not independent testing or a hands-on review.

What “launch” means in this roundup

The announcements do not describe the same kind of availability. Acumatica explicitly said 2026 R2 was generally available. Snap described a location-specific glasses tryout and limited early access for its AI service. TEN announced an initial platform scope alongside a roadmap, while Cappello’s listing described retail expansion and the company names specific store channels. Checking the relevant company announcement or retailer is the practical next step if you need current access in a particular location.
