Amazon’s 2026 Prime Day and Prime Big Deal Days have both ended, and the available sources do not verify that either event included specific VPN, password-manager, or cloud-storage offers. One current offer is verifiable, but it is a direct NordVPN promotion—not an Amazon event deal.
What happened to Prime Day deals in 2026?
Amazon’s U.S. summer Prime Day ran June 23–26, 2026, according to its Prime Day announcement. The separate fall Prime Big Deal Days event ran October 6–7, a 48-hour event, according to Amazon’s dates announcement. Both events had ended by October 8, 2026.
Amazon’s coverage describes broad retail deals, but the reviewed official event pages do not identify specific discounts for VPNs, password managers, or cloud storage. That does not prove no such offers existed; it means an event-specific deal in these categories is not verified by those sources. Amazon VP of Prime Jamil Ghani described Prime Day as a member shopping event spanning electronics, back-to-school shopping, groceries, and household essentials in Amazon’s 2026 event article; that statement does not confirm offers for these subscriptions.

NordVPN’s official October 2026 coupon page displayed a two-year plan at an introductory equivalent of $3.89 per month and listed a 30-day money-back guarantee. This is a provider-direct offer, not evidence of a Prime Big Deal Days listing or promotion.

The page says its savings comparison is based on the current monthly renewal price. The advertised monthly equivalent alone does not establish the upfront charge, included months, tax, exact renewal amount, renewal date, or whether the offer applies in a particular country or to an existing customer. Check those details in the live regional checkout before purchasing; also read the provider’s refund conditions rather than treating the guarantee as automatic.
How to compare subscription offers fairly
When a VPN, password manager, or cloud-storage discount is advertised, compare the whole offer rather than only its lowest monthly equivalent:

- 【AC1200 Dual-band Wireless Router】Simultaneous dual-band with wireless speed up to 300 Mbps (2.4GHz) + 867 Mbps (5GHz). 2.4GHz band can handles some simple tasks like emails or web browsing while bandwidth intensive tasks such as gaming or 4K video streaming can be handled by the 5GHz band.*Speed tests are conducted on a local network. Real-world speeds may differ depending on your network configuration.*
- 【Easy Setup】Please refer to the User Manual and the Unboxing & Setup video guide on Amazon for detailed setup instructions and methods for connecting to the Internet.
- 【Pocket-friendly】Lightweight design(145g) which designed for your next trip or adventure. Alongside its portable, compact design makes it easy to take with you on the go.

- 【Keep your Internet Safe】IPv6 supported. OpenVPN & WireGuard pre-installed, compatible with 30+ VPN service providers. Cloudflare encryption supported to protect the privacy.
- Price and billing: Record the upfront charge, subscription term, introductory equivalent, renewal price, and renewal date. A discounted first term can be followed by a different renewal rate.
- What is included: Check whether the offer covers only a VPN or includes password management, encrypted storage, or other services. Confirm the exact tier and current plan composition on the provider’s official page.
- Who and where it applies to: Verify country or storefront, new- versus existing-customer eligibility, device limits, storage allowance, and individual, family, or business suitability.
- Who is making the offer: Distinguish an Amazon event listing from a provider-direct coupon or a third-party editorial promotion. A deal published during Prime Day is not necessarily a Prime Day deal.
- Overlap with existing subscriptions: A bundle may be poor value if you already pay for equivalent tools, or if its storage and device limits do not fit your use.
Historical offers are not reliable guides to current terms. For example, a TechRadar report last updated July 16, 2025 described a NordVPN promotion with password-manager access, 1 TB of encrypted storage on selected higher tiers, and Amazon gift cards. Those were details of that older promotion, not verified 2026 terms or proof of a 2026 Amazon event offer.

What Amazon price history can—and cannot—tell you
Amazon said its product detail pages or Alexa for Shopping could show up to 365 days of pricing insights on hundreds of millions of products during its 2026 Prime Day coverage. That feature can help evaluate an eligible Amazon product listing, but it does not by itself establish the price history of a subscription sold directly by a service provider. Check whether the relevant subscription listing actually offers price insights before relying on this tool.

What is established for password managers and cloud storage?
The available sources do not establish current Prime Day discounts or current comparable prices for standalone password managers or cloud-storage subscriptions. A reader question about 1Password discounts, for example, is not evidence of a current offer. Likewise, Proton identifies VPN, password management, and cloud storage among its services on its partner page and provides an affiliate program page, but those pages do not establish a Prime Day discount or current plan terms. Check each provider’s live offer and checkout before comparing or buying.
