Tom’s Guide reported post–October Prime Day phone offers on October 8, 2026, at Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart. Those prices are a dated snapshot, not confirmation that any deal is still available now. Check the retailer listing for the current price, stock, and purchase restrictions before buying.
Which post–Prime Day phone deals did Tom’s Guide report?
The table captures the prices and descriptions Tom Pritchard reported for the offers. The roundup’s headline says “13 discounts,” but its body names 14 phone entries when the Pixel 11 Pro XL is counted separately from the Pixel 11 Pro. Prices below are therefore best treated as reported offer examples, not a verified count of currently live deals.
| Phone | Retailer and reported price | Reported comparison price | What the roundup highlighted |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apple iPhone 16e | Best Buy — $519 | $599 | One rear camera, no MagSafe, a notched display, and support for most Apple Intelligence features. |
| Nothing Phone 4a Pro | Best Buy — $419 | $499 | Camera, design, AI features, performance, battery life, and Glyph Matrix LED display. |
| Google Pixel 10a | Amazon — $524 | $599 | Battery life, camera performance, a flush back, and Google AI features. |
| Samsung Galaxy S26 FE | Amazon — $574 | $699 | Cameras, battery life, premium design, and a telephoto lens. |
| Google Pixel 10 | Amazon — $649 | $799 | Described as broadly comparable to the Pixel 11 in hardware and day-to-day performance, at a reported price $150 lower. |
| Google Pixel 11 | Amazon — $799 | $899 | Triple-lens camera, Google AI features including Magic Capture, and Android updates. |
| Google Pixel 11 Pro | Amazon — $849 | $1,099 | HiLight notification light, brighter display, 256GB standard storage, and camera improvements. |
| Google Pixel 11 Pro XL | Amazon — $999 | $1,299 | Larger screen and better battery life. |
| Apple iPhone Air | Best Buy — $839 | $1,099 | Thin, light design, A19 performance, battery life, and a single camera. |
| Samsung Galaxy S26 | Amazon — $824 | $999 | Reported below Samsung’s newly raised $999 retail price. |
| Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra | Amazon — $949 | $1,399 | S Pen support, larger screen, and an additional telephoto camera. |
| Apple iPhone 18 Pro | Walmart — $1,099 | $1,199 | Offer was locked to Walmart’s MVNO Straight Talk. |
| Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 | Amazon — $1,549 | $1,899 | Reported as $350 off after Prime Day. |
| Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra | Amazon — $1,699 | $2,099 | Larger foldable screen and telephoto camera. |

What to check before choosing one
Confirm the offer and its restrictions
Start with the retailer’s own listing: confirm the phone, storage configuration, price, stock, and any activation or carrier conditions. The reported Walmart iPhone 18 Pro price came with a Straight Talk lock, so it should not be treated as an unrestricted unlocked-phone offer. The source does not establish live availability or compatibility for any listing.

Match the phone to your priorities
- Operating system: Choose between Apple’s iOS lineup and Android options from Google, Samsung, or Nothing based on the ecosystem and services you already use.
- Camera setup: The roundup distinguishes single-camera models such as the iPhone 16e and iPhone Air from phones it describes as having multiple lenses or an additional telephoto camera.
- Size and form: Consider a standard handset against the larger-screen Pixel 11 Pro XL or foldable Galaxy Z Fold models; a larger screen may matter more than a lower sticker price.
- Battery and storage: The article calls out battery life on several models and specifically reports 256GB standard storage for the Pixel 11 Pro. Check the exact listing configuration rather than assuming all prices apply to the same storage tier.
- Features: Decide whether details such as S Pen support, MagSafe, Glyph Matrix, or Google and Apple AI features are worth prioritizing for your use.
How reliable is this deal list now?
The prices are a snapshot from a commercial roundup published October 8, 2026. Tom’s Guide’s descriptions can help narrow which models to compare, but the article does not establish that the listed prices remain available, nor does it independently settle stock, full specifications, or carrier compatibility. Verify the retailer’s current terms before making a purchase.
