For gaming, higher display resolution and faster listed storage, the POCO X7 Pro is the stronger specification-led choice. For a larger listed battery, a slightly bigger screen and a higher-resolution selfie camera, consider the iQOO Z10 5G. The price gap is not settled by the available listings: prices vary by seller, configuration and availability, so compare matching RAM and storage options before deciding.
This comparison is for the India-market iQOO Z10 5G and POCO X7 Pro. It uses manufacturers’ specifications and third-party comparison-page figures; it is not based on hands-on testing.

Battery capacity needs particular care: the 6,000mAh figure is for POCO’s global variant, while the India comparison lists 6,550mAh. These are not interchangeable regional specifications. The phone names can also be confusing: this article covers the iQOO Z10 5G, not a different legacy vivo model also called Z10.

The POCO X7 Pro has the more performance-focused hardware on paper. Its Dimensity 8400-Ultra, LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage give it the edge over the iQOO’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and the UFS 2.2 storage listed for the iQOO in the 91mobiles comparison. That makes POCO the more compelling choice if demanding games or fast app and file loading are high priorities.

91mobiles displays AnTuTu scores of 1,577,069 for the POCO and 804,936 for the iQOO. These are figures shown on its comparison page, accessed in 2026, not results independently reproduced for this article. The page does not establish that the tested configurations or conditions were identical, so treat the scores as an indication rather than a guaranteed real-world performance ratio.
Which display is better?
The POCO has a sharper panel: its 6.67-inch display has a 2712 × 1220 resolution and supports up to 120Hz. The iQOO’s display is slightly larger at 6.77 inches, with 1080 × 2392 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate in the 91mobiles listing. Choose POCO if finer resolution matters more; choose iQOO if you prefer the marginally larger screen. Both are listed at 120Hz, so the headline refresh-rate figure alone does not distinguish them.

Which has better battery life?
The iQOO Z10 has the larger listed India-market battery: 7,300mAh versus the 6,550mAh capacity listed for the India POCO X7 Pro by 91mobiles. Both are listed with 90W wired charging. The larger capacity makes iQOO the more promising option if battery size is your main deciding factor, but capacity alone cannot establish how long either phone will last in your pattern of use.
91mobiles also reports PCMark battery results of 16h 41m for iQOO and 14h 53m for POCO. Those are the comparison page’s test figures; its methodology and test conditions were not verified here, so they should not be read as a controlled head-to-head result. Separately, POCO’s product page says its internal labs measured more than 20 hours of video watching and 14.5 hours of continuous use, while noting that actual results may vary. Those manufacturer-reported figures are not a comparison with the iQOO.

Which phone has the better cameras?
The POCO’s stated rear-camera setup is more versatile for framing: alongside its 50MP main camera with OIS, it has an 8MP ultrawide. The iQOO comparison lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera, rather than an ultrawide. For selfies, iQOO has the higher stated resolution at 32MP versus POCO’s 20MP. Megapixel counts and camera types do not, by themselves, establish overall photo quality; no directly comparable camera test is available here.

The retailer and configuration details are not consistent across these snapshots, so subtracting one figure from another would suggest a certainty the listings do not provide. Check the live seller page and stock, and compare the same RAM and storage tier.
