Choose the POCO X7 Pro if IP68-rated protection, 90W charging and the higher stated battery capacity of the India version matter most. Consider the iQOO Neo 10R if you want a larger 6.78-inch display with a stated 144Hz refresh rate or prefer its Snapdragon platform. There is no reliable like-for-like price gap established: compare the same RAM and storage configuration at current local listings before deciding.
POCO X7 Pro vs iQOO Neo 10R: key specifications
| Specification | POCO X7 Pro | iQOO Neo 10R |
|---|---|---|
| Processor | MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra | Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 |
| Display | 6.67-inch AMOLED, 1.5K, up to 120Hz | 6.78-inch AMOLED, 1.5K, up to 144Hz |
| Battery capacity | India version: 6,550mAh typical; global version: 6,000mAh typical | 6,400mAh typical |
| Wired charging | 90W | 80W |

| Ingress protection | IP68 listed by Xiaomi | No corresponding rating established in the cited sources |
Specifications are manufacturer-listed claims; they do not by themselves establish differences in everyday performance, battery life, or photo quality. Xiaomi’s battery figures differ by market version, so check that a listing is for the India model if you are comparing capacity.
Which phone has the better display?
The iQOO Neo 10R has the larger stated panel and higher maximum refresh rate: 6.78 inches and up to 144Hz, compared with the POCO X7 Pro’s 6.67-inch display and up to 120Hz. Both are listed as 1.5K AMOLED displays. The higher refresh-rate figure may appeal if you value smoother supported content, but it is a specification rather than a guarantee that every app or game runs at that rate.

Performance: Dimensity 8400-Ultra or Snapdragon 8s Gen 3?
The POCO uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400-Ultra, while the Neo 10R uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. Chip names alone are not enough to call a winner for gaming or sustained workloads. Third-party benchmark results reflect particular tests and conditions, not a guaranteed result for every handset, software version, or usage pattern. If performance is your deciding factor, look for direct tests of the exact regional models that include sustained workloads rather than relying on chipset branding alone.

Battery, charging and durability
For the India-market POCO X7 Pro, Xiaomi lists a 6,550mAh typical battery; its global version is listed at 6,000mAh. iQOO lists 6,400mAh typical for the Neo 10R. These capacity figures do not establish which phone lasts longer in real use, since runtime also depends on display settings, software, signal conditions and workload.
The POCO has the higher rated wired charging speed at 90W versus 80W for the Neo 10R. Actual charging time depends on conditions and configuration. Xiaomi lists IP68 dust and water resistance for the POCO. A corresponding Neo 10R rating was not established in the cited sources; that is not evidence that the phone has no protection.

Camera comparison
The listed rear-camera hardware includes a 50MP main camera with OIS and an ultra-wide camera for the POCO, and a 50MP Sony main camera plus an 8MP ultra-wide camera for the Neo 10R. Those specifications do not settle which phone takes better photos: megapixel counts and sensor labels are not substitutes for comparable image tests. Choose based on independent sample comparisons if camera quality is a priority.
Price difference and availability in India
The available price snapshots do not support a dependable current price comparison. iQOO’s shop listing showed ₹31,999 for the Neo 10R 8GB/128GB configuration. A 91mobiles comparison snapshot showed ₹23,999 for the POCO X7 Pro on Flipkart and ₹23,999 for the Neo 10R, which was marked out of stock. These are inconsistent marketplace and availability snapshots, not matched live offers or proof of a stable price gap.

Before buying, compare the same RAM and storage configuration, confirm the seller and stock status, and check the price at checkout. Prices and availability can change, and a lower price for a different configuration is not a like-for-like comparison.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which phone should you buy?
Choose the POCO X7 Pro if
- You value its listed IP68 rating.
- You want the higher stated wired charging rate of 90W.
- You are buying the India version and prioritize its listed 6,550mAh typical battery capacity.
Consider the iQOO Neo 10R if
- You prefer the larger 6.78-inch screen and its stated refresh rate of up to 144Hz.
- You specifically want the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 platform.
Make the final call using the current price of the exact configuration available to you. Neither the cited specifications nor anecdotal owner comments establish that either model is reliable for five years or more. The available sources also do not establish a complete, comparable software-update commitment for the two phones, so long-term reliability and support remain unresolved by this comparison.
