Display: vivo has more pixels at the same stated size and refresh rate
Both phones are listed with a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The vivo’s 1260 × 2800 resolution is higher than the POCO’s 1080 × 2396, so it has more pixels and higher pixel density on paper. The comparison data does not establish display brightness or how the panels look in everyday use.

Performance: vivo has the higher-tier listed chipset
The comparison tables identify a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 in the POCO and a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo in the vivo, placing vivo’s chip in the higher tier in this comparison. That does not by itself establish how much faster one phone feels in particular apps or games. The comparison pages present different benchmark result sets in different sections, so those figures should not be combined into a single direct speed claim.

Cameras: vivo’s front camera has higher resolution
The vivo is listed with a 32 MP front camera, compared with 8 MP on the POCO. That is a substantial resolution difference on paper for selfie-focused buyers, but megapixels alone do not prove better photos. Both listings show a 50 MP main rear camera and an additional 2 MP camera; the vivo listing identifies its secondary camera as a depth camera. The available specifications do not establish comparative image quality.

Battery: POCO has greater stated capacity
The POCO’s listed 8,000 mAh capacity exceeds the vivo’s 7,050 mAh, while their listed charging rates are close: 45 W and 44 W. Capacity is not a guarantee of how long a particular person’s phone will last between charges.
As a separate reference point, 91mobiles reported PCMark battery results of 15 hours 56 minutes for POCO and 14 hours 57 minutes for vivo in 2026. Those are results from that site’s test, not promised real-world runtimes; usage, settings and testing conditions affect battery life.

Which phone should you choose?
Choose the POCO M8 Power 5G if
- You want the lower of the captured India prices.
- You value the larger stated battery capacity.
- You prefer the longer OS and security update periods reported by 91mobiles.
Choose the vivo S2 5G if
- You prioritize a higher-resolution display at the same stated size and refresh rate.
- You want a higher-resolution front camera on paper.
- You prefer the lighter, slightly thinner listed body or the higher-tier chipset in these comparison tables.
Neither is a universal winner: the POCO is the more budget-oriented choice in these listings, while vivo’s price premium buys a different set of listed hardware priorities. Confirm today’s offer and exact variant before deciding.
