Display: a small size difference, plus curved versus flat
The Redmi’s listed display is 0.10 inch larger diagonally and curved, while POCO specifies a flat panel. Both are AMOLED screens with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Choose based on your preference for screen shape and size; the listed peak-brightness figures are manufacturer specifications, not a direct, independent brightness comparison.

Battery: Redmi lists more capacity, not a proven runtime
Xiaomi lists a 5800mAh typical battery for the Redmi, compared with POCO’s 5110mAh typical capacity. Capacity alone does not establish how long either phone lasts: actual runtime also depends on usage, settings and other conditions. Both manufacturers list 45W charging. Check the box contents for the exact market and seller listing rather than assuming every regional package is identical.
Cameras: OIS and 4K recording are different advantages
POCO explicitly lists OIS on the 50MP main camera; Xiaomi’s India specification page lists a 50MP main camera and 2MP depth camera, without specifying OIS there. Xiaomi lists rear video recording up to 4K at 30fps, while POCO lists up to 1080p at 30fps. These specifications identify stabilization and recording options, but do not show which phone takes better photos or video overall.
Processor and storage: don’t infer a winner from the headline numbers
The phones use different chipsets: POCO lists the Dimensity 7025-Ultra, and Xiaomi lists the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. The specifications provided here do not establish a benchmark or real-world performance winner. Their listed memory and storage configurations also differ, so compare like-for-like capacity where possible before judging value.

Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G if you prefer a larger curved display, want the higher listed typical battery capacity, or need its listed 4K/30fps rear video option.
- Consider the POCO M7 Pro 5G if you prefer a flat screen or specifically want OIS listed for the main camera. Its global page also lists a 12GB+512GB configuration, but confirm that it is available in your region.
- Compare live prices before choosing if value is your main concern. The listed configurations and price snapshots are not directly equivalent, so confirm the exact variant and checkout terms.
