The POCO M7 Plus 5G has the stronger reported display specifications: FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, compared with the OPPO K14 5G’s officially listed HD+ screen at up to 120Hz. OPPO, however, documents 45W SUPERVOOC charging and IP-rated durability claims; both phones are listed with a 7000mAh typical battery. There is no verified current price for both models here, so a reliable price difference cannot be stated from their launch prices alone.
POCO M7 Plus vs OPPO K14 5G: specifications
The comparison below separates OPPO’s manufacturer-published specifications from POCO figures reported by secondary sources. POCO India’s official product page is available, but it provided little extractable specification detail; confirm the regional model and exact specifications with the seller before buying.

On the listed figures, the POCO M7 Plus has the advantage: its reported FHD+ resolution and 144Hz maximum refresh rate exceed the OPPO K14’s official 1570 × 720 resolution and 120Hz maximum. That is a specification comparison, not proof that POCO’s screen looks better in every respect. Panel quality, brightness, color, and viewing conditions also matter, and no comparable display test is established here.

Battery and charging comparison
Both phones are listed with a 7000mAh typical battery capacity. OPPO also publishes a 6830mAh rated figure for the K14; typical and rated capacity are different specifications, so they should not be treated as directly interchangeable. A matching capacity figure does not establish matching battery life: usage, signal strength, settings, and software affect endurance.
OPPO specifies up to 45W SUPERVOOC charging for the K14. Its 2026 launch release says the phone charged from 1% to 37% in 30 minutes and took approximately 92 minutes for a full charge in OPPO’s own testing; these are manufacturer test figures, and real charging times vary. Performance and cameras: what the specifications can tell you
The listed chipsets are Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 for the POCO and MediaTek Dimensity 6300 for the OPPO. Chipset names alone do not settle which phone is faster in everyday use or games. No comparable benchmark results or head-to-head performance test are established here.
The reported POCO rear camera is 50MP; OPPO lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP monochrome rear camera, plus an 8MP front camera. Megapixel counts and camera count do not establish image quality. Without a credible direct camera comparison, neither phone can be declared the better camera choice on these specifications.

OPPO K14 5G durability claims and their limits
OPPO lists IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for the K14, along with SGS and MIL-STD-related claims. These are manufacturer claims, not a guarantee that the phone is waterproof or indestructible. OPPO says testing is conducted under controlled laboratory conditions; its IP68 guidance describes still freshwater at 1.5 metres for 30 minutes, while IP69 concerns high-temperature water jets. The company warns that resistance can decrease with wear, that its guidance is for freshwater, and that liquid-ingress damage is not covered by warranty. Read the official specifications and durability notes before relying on the ratings.
No corresponding POCO durability claim is established in the cited comparison material, so this is not evidence that the POCO lacks protection; it means the available specifications do not support a like-for-like durability comparison.

To work out today’s price difference, check current offers in the same market and compare matching RAM and storage capacities. Account for discounts and other checkout conditions rather than subtracting launch prices for unlike variants.
