PlayStation Plus members can claim F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896, and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 from October 6 through November 2, 2026. The racer is F1 25; the “8/10” description comes from Gamingbible’s report, not Sony’s announcement or a verified Metacritic score. Sony says the lineup may vary by region, so check your local PlayStation Store.

Why is F1 25 called an “8/10” racer?
Gamingbible’s October 6 report describes F1 25 as “essentially an 8/10 score on Metacritic.” That is the outlet’s characterization, not a score stated by Sony. Sony identifies the game as the official game of the 2025 FIA Formula One World Championship and highlights its career, team-management, and online modes; its announcement does not provide a review score. The score description should therefore be treated as attributed shorthand rather than an independently confirmed Metacritic rating. See Gamingbible’s report.

When can you claim the games?
Sony’s stated claim window is October 6 through November 2, 2026. September’s Monthly Games could be added until October 5, so members transitioning between months should check that they have claimed the earlier games before the cutoff.
