On 1 October 2026, T3 reported that Amazon UK was selling the Philips AirFryer 5000 Series Megabasket for £169.99, compared with a stated original price of £259.99. T3 called it the series’ lowest price to date based on its own price checks; that is a dated editorial claim, not a verified live price or independent price-history record. Check Amazon UK for the current price and stock before buying.
What the reported deal included
T3’s Bethan Morgan reported a £90 reduction from the stated £259.99 price to £169.99, which is about 35% off. Both the saving and percentage are arithmetic based on the prices in T3’s 1 October 2026 report. Philips’ UK product page also displayed £259.99 when accessed. The deal report identifies Amazon UK, but it does not establish that the offer remains available now. The price, stock and eligibility may have changed since publication.
What makes the Megabasket different
Philips lists the UK model as NA565/92. Its approximately 10-litre basket can be used as one large compartment or divided into 3-litre and 6-litre sections, giving you the choice of cooking a larger item together or preparing separate foods in two zones. Philips lists air frying, steaming, SteamFry and SteamClean among its functions.
T3’s review awarded the appliance five stars. Its reviewer highlighted the large capacity and flexible basket, while also warning that the machine can take up too much room in a smaller household. These are T3’s review findings, not independent test results for this article. Read T3’s review.
Check the model and counter space before buying
Model codes matter: Philips’ UK product page is for NA565/92. TechRadar reviewed NA465/92, a different regional variant, and reports that exact model is unavailable in the US and Australia. Its listed specifications—9.5-litre capacity, 2750W, 40–200°C, dimensions of 496 × 329 × 355 mm and weight of 8.2 kg—belong to NA465/92 and should not be assumed to describe NA565/92. Confirm the specification sheet for the model sold in your country before relying on measurements or electrical details. In practical terms, compare the dimensions and weight on the local listing with your available counter and cupboard space. The large, adaptable basket is useful only if the appliance fits your kitchen and is manageable to move or store.

A lower price is not the only useful comparison. TechRadar’s review context names the Ninja Foodi FlexBasket as a rival with a larger basket, and the Philips 1000 Series Dual Basket and Tower Elite 11 Litre Flexi Drawer as lower-priced large-capacity options.
