To find or change the street address saved to your PayPal account, sign in and open Settings → Addresses. If you mean the email you use to sign in, a card’s billing address, or a delivery destination, those are different address details with different settings and uses.
Which PayPal address do you mean?

Find or update your street address
- Sign in to PayPal.
- Open Settings.
- Select Addresses.
- Add a new address or edit an existing one, then follow the on-screen prompts.
PayPal’s Canadian help page documents these address-management steps. Labels and available options may vary by country or localized interface, so consult the help page for your account’s region if the menu differs: PayPal Canada: add, change, or remove a street address.
Remove an old address
According to PayPal’s Canadian guidance, an account must keep at least one address. Add another address and make it the home address before removing the old one. A street address used as a credit-card billing address cannot be removed; PayPal advises updating the address with the card issuer first. These are published Canadian rules, so check your local PayPal help for country-specific requirements.

Can you use a PO Box or change countries?
PO Boxes
PayPal’s Canadian help says a PO Box should not be the primary address and cannot be used as a billing address. It may be used as a shipping or mailing address for shipping and courier purposes. Confirm the rules that apply in your country before relying on a PO Box.

Moving to another country or region
PayPal’s Canadian page says, “You can’t change your address to another country or region.” For an international move, that guidance says to close the existing account and open one in the new country or region of residence. Because this is Canadian guidance, verify the process with PayPal for your current account’s country.
Is your PayPal address your email?
No. PayPal handles street addresses and email addresses in separate Settings sections: use Addresses for a street address and Emails for email addresses. When adding an email, PayPal’s US instructions say you must confirm it. You also cannot remove the primary email until another email address has been set as primary.

Who can see your address?
A billing address belongs to a payment method; a shipping address tells a seller where goods should be delivered. PayPal’s privacy practices describe information shared in transaction contexts and say a recipient sees the shipping address when you pay for goods or services. The page also notes that merchants may receive details such as your name, email, amount received, and phone number to process a transaction and prevent fraud. This does not mean every address saved in your account is automatically shown to every merchant or payment recipient.
