To pair Soundcore earbuds, put them in Bluetooth pairing mode, open Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet, or computer, and select the exact Soundcore model name. Many models enter pairing mode when you take them out of the case; if yours does not appear, use its model-specific pairing procedure.
Pair Soundcore earbuds for the first time

Charge the earbuds and case enough to power the earbuds. If the set is new, remove any protective film covering the earbud charging contacts.

Put the earbuds in pairing mode. Some models do this automatically when removed from the case. If yours does not, check its model guide for the manual method. For R50i, P20i, and P25i, Soundcore says to remove the earbuds from the case, then tap and hold both touchpads for three seconds.

Open Bluetooth settings on your host device and turn Bluetooth on. Wait for the earbuds’ model name to appear, then select it. For example, Soundcore’s Life A3i instructions say to search for “soundcore Life A3i” and pair; the Life P3 support page likewise names “soundcore Life P3.” Accept a confirmation prompt if one appears.

Check that the earbuds show as connected in Bluetooth settings, then play audio to confirm the connection.
Bluetooth menu labels vary by phone, tablet, and computer, so use the device’s Bluetooth settings rather than relying on one universal menu path.

If Soundcore earbuds do not appear or reconnect

Put both earbuds in the case and check that they are seated correctly and making contact with the charging points. Try opening the case again.

In your host device’s Bluetooth settings, forget or remove the saved Soundcore pairing entry. Turn Bluetooth off and back on. If the earbuds still do not appear, restart the phone or computer.

Reset the earbuds using the instructions for the exact model. Controls and LED patterns are not universal. For example, the Life P3 instructions call for holding the case button for 10 seconds and watching for a specific three-LED sequence; do not apply that procedure to other models. R50i, P20i, and P25i documentation describes a touchpad reset method.

Turn Bluetooth back on, put the earbuds in pairing mode, and select the correct Soundcore model name. If pairing still fails, try connecting the earbuds to a second phone or tablet. If they work there, the issue may be with Bluetooth settings on the original host.

For model-specific steps, use Soundcore’s support information for the earbuds you own. A reset may not work if the earbuds are not seated properly or are not charging in the case.
Pair Soundcore earbuds with a different device
If the earbuds reconnect to a device you used before, turn Bluetooth off on that device, then put the earbuds into pairing mode and select them from the new device’s Bluetooth settings. Some models provide a specific way to add another device: Liberty 4 NC support, for example, documents its own dual-connection controls. Do not assume that every Soundcore model supports the same multipoint or multi-device behavior; check the instructions for your model.

Why the exact Soundcore model matters
Pairing mode, touch controls, reset buttons, and reset LED patterns vary among Soundcore earbuds. Check the model name printed on the earbuds, case, or product documentation before following any button-hold or LED instructions. The same applies when a device is discoverable only after using a manual pairing procedure.
