Orient Cement share price and 52-week range
Moneycontrol’s page showed a price of ₹115.75 and a 52-week range of ₹114.30–₹225.94 on October 6, 2026. The displayed quote was ₹1.45 above the low. A 52-week low is the lowest observed price during a moving one-year period. It describes recent price history, not the company’s intrinsic value. A share can remain near a low, fall further, or recover; proximity alone establishes neither a likely direction nor a price target. No analyst consensus or fair-value estimate is established by the cited information.
What company filings establish
April–June 2026 quarter
Orient Cement’s official results index lists unaudited results for the April–June 2026 quarter, dated July 23, 2026. Read the results filing and any accompanying presentation for those figures rather than inferring performance from the share price.

FY2025–26 dividend recommendation
An Orient Cement filing hosted by NSE says the board recommended a dividend of ₹0.50 per ₹1 face-value equity share for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. A recommendation is not confirmation of payment, a recurring dividend, or an assurance of future distributions.
Proposed Ambuja Cements amalgamation
Orient Cement’s investor page lists an NCLT order dated July 20, 2026, relating to the proposed amalgamation with Ambuja Cements. The listing establishes that the company has posted the order and merger materials; it does not establish that the scheme has become effective or is complete. Confirm subsequent company and exchange filings and read the order before relying on the transaction’s status, terms, consideration, or timing.

How to assess the share beyond its price range
Use the low as a prompt to investigate, not as a standalone buy signal. A more useful assessment brings together operating performance, valuation, cash generation, balance-sheet needs, and verified corporate-action terms.

- Earnings and valuation: Review reported earnings and compare valuation measures against relevant peers and the company’s own history. A low nominal share price is not the same as a low valuation.
- Volumes and margins: Check the latest reported sales volumes and margins, and distinguish reported results from management commentary in company presentations or investor meetings.
- Cash flow, debt, and capital needs: Consider whether operations generate cash and how debt, investment requirements, or other capital needs could affect shareholder returns.
- Dividend record: Treat the FY2025–26 recommendation as a specific proposed distribution, not evidence of a reliable yield or future payout pattern.
- Merger status and terms: Verify the latest filings and relevant order. Do not assume completion, exchange terms, or a timetable from the presence of merger documents on an investor page.
Practical checklist before forming a view
- Refresh the quote: Check NSE or BSE for Orient Cement’s current price and 52-week range, and note when you retrieved the figures.
- Read the latest quarterly filing: Use the official results index to open the April–June 2026 results and presentation; confirm the reported numbers directly.
- Compare fundamentals: Examine earnings, valuation, volumes, margins, cash flow, debt, and capital needs instead of relying on the share’s distance from its low.
- Confirm the proposed amalgamation: Review subsequent filings and the July 20, 2026 NCLT order for current status and terms before factoring the transaction into an investment view.
Primary-source routes include the Orient Cement results index, its investor page and investor-meeting archive, and the NSE. The company’s meeting materials represent company statements, not independent verification. The dated market snapshot is on Moneycontrol.
Quick Recap
Best Value
- High Precision: The bulk density tester for powder provides accurate measurement results. There is a level at the bottom to adjust the level. Attention: Data measurement needs to be conducted in a balanced state
- Measurement Principle: Let the powder fall from a funnel(taper 60°±0.5°,Volume 120ml) at a certain height until the measuring cup(100ml) is filled, and weigh a specific volume of bulk powder, which is the bulk density
- High Quality Stainless Steel: The natural accumulation density tester uses thickened stainless steel material for the volumetric meter, with sufficient wall thickness and hardness, durability, and wear resistance. The measuring frame is made of stainless steel to prevent dust from falling during loading
- Stable Base: The powder stacking density tester adopts a fixed stainless steel base, and the base has triangular adjustable screws that can adjust the height according to needs
- Widely Used: Bulk density meter can measure the density of various powders. For example: metal powder, rare metal powder, alloy powder, soil, dye, abrasive, paint, cement, water sediment powder, etc
