For buyers in India, a third-party comparison page shows a temporary marketplace price gap, but treat it as a snapshot—not a settled current price.

The evidence is uneven: OPPO’s India page supplies a full specification and dated prices, while Nothing’s official page is a Malaysia storefront with a limited specification summary. Details attributed below to 91mobiles are secondary listing information, not confirmation from Nothing.
Which phone has the better camera?
The Reno16c has the more fully documented and flexible rear-camera hardware. Alongside its 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), it has a separate 50MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3.5× optical zoom, plus an 8MP ultrawide. The dedicated telephoto lens provides an optical zoom option; it is not simply another high-megapixel main-camera crop. OPPO also specifies a 50MP front camera and rear video recording up to 4K at 30fps. OPPO’s India specification page lists these hardware details.

OPPO specifies a 7000mAh typical-capacity battery, rated at 6850mAh, and 80W SUPERVOOC charging for the Reno16c. It also says a charger is included in the box. Those are manufacturer specifications, not an independently measured battery-life result. Capacity and charging wattage alone do not show how long either phone lasts under the same workload or how quickly it charges in practice.
Nothing’s official Malaysia page describes the Phone (4b) as “our longest-lasting phone yet,” a brand claim rather than a measured comparison with the Reno16c. The official page does not give battery capacity or charging speed. 91mobiles lists 6000mAh and 33W, but those figures remain secondary information pending confirmation against Nothing’s local specification. Expandable storage and connectivity
OPPO confirms storage-card expansion and USB OTG support. Its cited page does not establish the card type or maximum supported capacity, so check the precise requirement before buying a card. OPPO also lists no NFC and no eSIM support for this India model, CPH2859. The Nothing Malaysia page does not state whether Phone (4b) supports expandable storage, NFC or eSIM; absence from that page should not be treated as confirmation that a feature is missing.

The official prices available here are not a valid direct subtraction: OPPO’s figures are in Indian rupees for its India model, while Nothing’s MYR 1,499 listing is for Malaysia and an 8GB+128GB configuration. Different currencies, regions, configurations, taxes and availability make a headline “price difference” from those two official pages misleading.

For an India-specific reference only, 91mobiles displays ₹49,999 for the Reno16c and ₹31,765 for the Phone (4b), both marked “@ Amazon.” Subtracting the displayed figures gives ₹18,234, with the Reno16c higher. This is a listing snapshot on the comparison page, not a guaranteed current price or a like-for-like confirmed configuration comparison. Which one should you buy?
Choose the OPPO Reno16c if
- You want manufacturer-documented telephoto and ultrawide cameras, including a 3.5× optical telephoto lens.
- You prioritize the larger stated battery capacity and 80W charging specification, while recognizing these are not comparative endurance or charging tests.
- You need expandable storage and have checked that the card format and capacity you require are compatible.
- You are shopping in India and can confirm the current price for the exact RAM and storage configuration.
Consider the Nothing Phone (4b) if
- You are buying in a market where Nothing confirms local availability, full specifications, warranty and current price.
- You value Nothing OS and its Essential AI tools, which Nothing advertises on its Malaysia page, and the listing’s 8GB+128GB configuration suits you.
- You are comfortable waiting to verify its complete camera, battery, display and connectivity specifications before comparing it directly with the Reno16c.
On the evidence available, the Reno16c is the easier phone to assess on paper because OPPO publishes a detailed India specification and dated India prices. A firm value verdict between the two depends on current same-market pricing and a complete, locally relevant Phone (4b) specification.
