The OPPO Reno16 5G starts at ₹66,999 in India, while Google lists the Pixel 11 from ₹89,999—a ₹23,000 gap between the two manufacturers’ stated entry prices. Those figures come from separate August 2026 price snapshots, not a guaranteed live quote. On paper, Reno16 offers a larger stated battery, 80W wired charging and three 50MP rear cameras; Pixel 11 highlights a 5x telephoto system, Tensor G6 and seven years of OS, security and Pixel Drop updates. Neither specification sheet proves which phone takes better photos or performs faster.
India price difference and storage
The listed entry-price difference is ₹23,000: OPPO’s 8GB/256GB Reno16 costs ₹66,999, and Google’s Pixel 11 starts at ₹89,999. OPPO says its prices include taxes and were correct as of 31 August 2026, subject to change. Google announced the Pixel 11 price on 12 August 2026. Check current prices and availability before buying.

Google said the Pixel 11 would be available through the Google Store and retail partners from 20 August 2026. OPPO identifies the India Reno16 as model CPH2865. The Reno16 series can differ by market, so these India specifications and prices should not be applied to similarly named phones sold elsewhere. Camera: hardware and zoom, not a proven photo winner
OPPO Reno16
OPPO lists three 50MP rear cameras: a wide camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 116° ultra-wide camera and an OIS telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom. The front camera is 50MP with autofocus. OPPO also says both front and rear cameras can record 4K video at 60 frames per second.
Google Pixel 11
Google’s announcement describes a new 48MP main sensor and a 5x telephoto lens with support for 30x Super Zoom. These are manufacturer descriptions; the announcement does not provide comparable test results for the two phones.

Megapixel counts and stated zoom ranges describe hardware or features, not the quality of finished photos. The available official information does not establish a camera winner. If camera quality is your deciding factor, look for independent, comparable tests of the base models rather than relying on these figures alone. OPPO specifies a 6700mAh typical-capacity battery and 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging for Reno16. The India box contents include a charger and protective case, although OPPO notes that box contents can vary by market. Google’s cited announcement does not state the base Pixel 11’s battery capacity. It does describe faster charging and Qi 2.2 compatibility at 25W, but those details do not provide a direct comparison of battery endurance or wired charging speed.

Display, performance and durability
Display
OPPO specifies a 16.05 cm FHD+ AMOLED display with a 2640 × 1216 resolution, refresh rates up to 120Hz and 460 pixels per inch. Its stated brightness is 600 nits typical and 1800 nits in high-brightness mode (HBM). Google’s cited Pixel 11 announcement does not supply a base-model display size, resolution or refresh rate, so those points cannot be compared from these sources.

Processor and real-world speed
Reno16 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 platform with an Adreno 722 GPU; Pixel 11 uses Google Tensor G6. These processor names do not show which phone is faster for a particular workload. No comparable independent benchmark or hands-on performance test is established here.
Water and dust resistance
OPPO lists IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for Reno16. The cited Google announcement does not state Pixel 11’s IP rating, so it is not possible to make a supported durability comparison on that basis.

Google commits to seven years of OS, security and Pixel Drop updates for Pixel 11. OPPO’s cited Reno16 page identifies ColorOS 16 but does not state a comparable support period. That is an asymmetry in the published commitments, not evidence that Reno16 receives no updates.
If a clearly stated, long support commitment is central to your purchase, Pixel 11 has the stronger documented case in the available official information. (Google India Pixel 11 announcement; OPPO India Reno16)

Choose OPPO Reno16 if
- You want a lower listed entry price: ₹66,999 for 8GB/256GB in OPPO’s India price snapshot.
- You value the stated 6700mAh typical battery capacity, 80W wired charging and an included charger.
- You want the listed triple-50MP rear camera setup, including a 3.5x optical telephoto, or a 50MP autofocus front camera.
- You want a specified 120Hz AMOLED display and the listed IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings.
Choose Google Pixel 11 if
- You prioritize Google’s stated seven years of OS, security and Pixel Drop updates.
- You want the announced Tensor G6 platform and Google’s 5x telephoto with 30x Super Zoom claim.
- You want built-in Pixelsnap and Qi 2.2 25W compatibility.
- You need a 512GB storage option, which Google lists for Pixel 11; its price is not stated in the cited announcement.
Neither set of official specifications settles photo quality, everyday battery life or real-world speed. Those are separate questions that require comparable testing, not a conclusion drawn from component labels.
