The OPPO Reno15 Pro Mini is the better fit if you want a smaller, lighter phone; the vivo X200T offers a larger screen, a more fully specified high-end chipset, and wireless charging. In a 91mobiles listing snapshot accessed October 4, 2026, the OPPO was ₹55,999 at Amazon and the vivo was ₹59,999 at Flipkart—a ₹4,000 observed difference, not a guaranteed current price. Neither phone can be declared the better camera or longer-lasting battery on specifications alone.

Which phone is easier to handle?

The Reno15 Pro Mini is the compact choice by the manufacturers’ stated dimensions and weight: its 6.32-inch display and 187g body are smaller and lighter than the X200T’s 6.67-inch display and 203g or 205g body. Both are listed at 7.99mm thick. The vivo’s weight varies by color on its official specification page.

The vivo also has the higher listed display resolution—1260 × 2800 versus 1216 × 2640—and both screens are specified at 120Hz. That makes the X200T the more spacious option for video, games and reading, while the OPPO’s smaller footprint is the relevant advantage for buyers prioritizing one-handed handling. Brightness figures are not compared here because peak-brightness claims can use different measurement conditions.

Camera hardware: higher megapixels do not prove better photos

OPPO lists a 200MP HP5 main camera with optical image stabilization, a 50MP 3.5× telephoto portrait camera tuned to an 85mm-equivalent view, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. Its launch release says 4K HDR recording up to 60fps is supported across the front, main, ultra-wide and telephoto cameras.

vivo lists a 50MP IMX921 main camera with OIS, a 50MP JN1 ultra-wide and a 50MP IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with a 70mm-equivalent focal length. vivo also advertises up to 100× zoom and up to 20× telephoto macro; those maximum zoom figures are product claims, not evidence that images at those magnifications retain useful detail.

The specifications suggest different approaches: OPPO emphasizes a high-resolution main sensor and a 3.5× portrait telephoto, while vivo provides a periscope telephoto. Megapixel counts and zoom maxima do not establish which produces better real-world photos. No controlled, head-to-head camera test is available here.

Performance, battery and charging

vivo specifies the Dimensity 9400+ on a 3nm process. The OPPO launch release used for this comparison does not identify the Reno15 Pro Mini’s chipset, so it does not support a direct, manufacturer-sourced chipset comparison. A third-party comparison lists the OPPO as using a Dimensity 8450, but that is not confirmed in the cited OPPO launch material.

vivo’s product page reports an AnTuTu score of “3M+” for an X200T 12GB+512GB test device using AnTuTu V11. vivo says results vary by memory version and test environment; the year is not stated on the consulted page. This is not a like-for-like benchmark comparison because no corresponding OPPO result is established here.

For charging, vivo specifies a 6200mAh typical (6060mAh rated) battery, 90W wired charging and up to 40W wireless charging. OPPO’s launch release confirms 80W wired charging but does not establish the Mini’s battery capacity or wireless charging. These published specifications do not settle which phone lasts longer under the same use and test conditions.

Durability and software details

OPPO lists IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings; vivo lists IP68 and IP69. These ratings indicate tested resistance under defined conditions, not permanent waterproofing. vivo warns that resistance can diminish with use. For both phones, avoid treating an IP rating as a guarantee against all liquid damage.

Rank #4
OPPO Reno15 Dual-SIM 512GB ROM + 8GB RAM (GSM Only | No CDMA) Factory Unlocked 5G Smartphone (Aurora White) - International Version

The cited vivo specifications identify Android 16 with OriginOS 6. The cited OPPO launch passage does not state the Mini’s operating system or update policy. Check the manufacturer’s regional support information if software version or update duration is decisive.
