The vivo X200T has the more ambitious listed hardware: a Dimensity 9400+ processor, three 50MP rear cameras, and both wired and wireless charging. The OPPO Reno14 5G is positioned at a lower published price, with a Dimensity 8350, a 50MP 3.5× telephoto camera, and 80W wired charging. The price figures available are not a like-for-like comparison: they refer to different memory configurations and different price contexts.

Price difference in India
The observed figures differ by ₹22,000 when subtracting OPPO’s ₹37,999 Reno14 8GB+128GB launch price from vivo’s ₹59,999 X200T 12GB+256GB store listing. That subtraction is not a current, like-for-like price gap: OPPO published its figure as a launch price in July 2025, while vivo’s figure was displayed on its official store page accessed on 5 October 2026.
| Phone and configuration | Published price | Price context |
|---|---|---|
| OPPO Reno14 5G, 8GB+128GB | ₹37,999 | India launch price announced 3 July 2025 |

OPPO’s figures are launch prices, not guaranteed current selling prices. Retailer discounts, availability and vivo pricing can change; check the exact configuration and current price before buying. The listed vivo store price is for 12GB+256GB, and the page also showed a 12GB+512GB variant, but a price for that higher-storage version is not stated here. Performance: X200T has the higher-tier listed chipset
vivo lists the Dimensity 9400+ for the X200T; OPPO lists the Dimensity 8350 for the Reno14 5G. On paper, that makes the X200T the more ambitious choice for buyers prioritizing processor tier. The specifications alone do not establish how much faster one phone is in everyday use, gaming or sustained workloads: no independent side-by-side benchmark or thermal test is available here.
Camera hardware and zoom
vivo X200T
vivo lists three 50MP rear cameras: a main camera, an ultra-wide camera and a ZEISS periscope telephoto. The telephoto is specified at 70mm equivalent, and vivo advertises up to 100× ZEISS HyperZoom. Those figures describe the camera setup and advertised zoom range; they do not by themselves demonstrate image quality at any particular zoom level.

OPPO Reno14 5G
OPPO lists a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5× zoom for the Reno14 series. That gives the Reno14 a dedicated telephoto option, rather than making its appeal solely about price. The available specifications do not provide directly comparable camera samples or independently measured zoom performance, so megapixel counts and advertised zoom figures should not be treated as a verdict on which phone takes better photos.

vivo lists a 6200mAh typical battery for the X200T, 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. OPPO lists a 6000mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging for the Reno14. These capacity and charging specifications do not establish real-world battery life or charging times; those depend on usage and conditions, and no matched test figures are available.
Water and dust resistance
OPPO lists IP66, IP68 and IP69 certifications for the Reno14; vivo lists IP68 and IP69 for the X200T. These ratings are not a guarantee that either phone is suitable for every underwater use or exposure condition. Follow the relevant manufacturer’s usage guidance and warranty terms, particularly after damage or wear.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the vivo X200T if you prioritize its higher-tier listed chipset, three 50MP rear cameras, periscope telephoto with advertised zoom up to 100×, larger listed battery, or wireless charging.
- Consider the OPPO Reno14 5G if its lower published launch-price positioning matters more, and you want a 50MP 3.5× telephoto camera plus 80W wired charging. Verify the current price, since the cited OPPO figures are from its July 2025 launch.
The specs establish a difference in hardware priorities, not a tested overall winner. For a purchase decision, compare the current prices for the exact RAM and storage configurations you want, then weigh the X200T’s listed camera and charging features against the Reno14’s launch-price positioning.
