Both list 80W charging. On price, the available figures are not a like-for-like live comparison, so check the same storage configuration and current stock before deciding.

Which phone has the bigger battery?
The P4s has the larger stated battery: 8,000mAh typical and 7,820mAh rated, compared with 6,000mAh typical and 5,840mAh rated for the Reno14. Both list charging up to 80W, under different manufacturer branding. Capacity figures alone do not establish how long either phone lasts in everyday use, and no matched independent battery test is cited here.
Which display is better for your priorities?
The P4s offers a larger 6.78-inch-class screen and up to 144Hz refresh rate; the Reno14 is about 6.59 inches and lists up to 120Hz. A higher refresh-rate ceiling may matter to buyers who prioritize smoother supported motion, while the Reno14’s smaller panel contributes to its more compact, lighter body. Both manufacturers list AMOLED panels and 10-bit color; these figures alone do not establish comparative brightness, calibration or viewing quality.

Which has the more versatile camera setup?
On paper, the Reno14 covers more camera roles: its listed rear system includes a 50MP main camera, an 8MP autofocus ultra-wide and a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS. Its 50MP autofocus front camera also has a higher listed resolution than the P4s’s 16MP front camera. The P4s lists a 50MP OIS main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide, with no dedicated telephoto in the cited specifications. This makes the Reno14 the more versatile-looking setup by lens selection, but megapixels and hardware lists do not prove which phone takes better photos.
How do performance and memory differ?
OPPO lists the Reno14 with a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 and LPDDR5X RAM; realme lists the P4s with a Dimensity 7400 Ultra and LPDDR4X RAM. Both list UFS 3.1 storage. These model names and memory types are useful specification distinctions, but they are not a same-condition benchmark comparison and should not be read as a guarantee of how either phone performs in a particular game or workload.

Realme also advertises an AnTuTu Score (V11) of 1,013,645, attributed to realme Lab, with no year stated on the page. It is a manufacturer-reported figure, not an independent head-to-head result. Realme’s separate claim of a 25% improvement in chip energy efficiency versus “similar products” does not name the comparison products or provide enough methodology to treat it as an independently established finding. realme India P4s product information.
Which is easier to carry?
OPPO’s listed Reno14 dimensions are about 187g and 0.74cm thick; realme lists the P4s at about 208g and 0.86cm. The Reno14 is therefore meaningfully lighter and thinner on the manufacturers’ stated figures. Actual in-hand feel also depends on design and case choice.
Rank #4
- 6.59 inches, AMOLED, 1B colors, 1256 x 2760 pixels
- 512GB Storage, 12GB RAM
- Android 15, ColorOS 15, Mediatek Dimensity 8350 (4 nm), Octa-core (1x3.35 GHz Cortex-A715 & 3x3.20 GHz Cortex-A715 & 4x2.20 GHz Cortex-A510)

What should you know about durability and software support?
Realme advertises IP66, IP68 and IP69 protection for the P4s, plus three years of Android OS updates and four years of security patches. Treat those as manufacturer-stated product terms and confirm the exact regional conditions and warranty coverage before purchase. OPPO’s cited Reno14 specification page lists ColorOS 15.0 but does not state an equivalent update commitment in the same specification passage, so a direct support-period comparison is not established by these materials.
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the realme P4s 5G if the larger stated battery and 144Hz display are your priorities.
- Choose the OPPO Reno14 5G if lower weight and thickness, a dedicated telephoto camera, or a higher-resolution autofocus selfie camera matter more.
- Decide on price only after checking live availability and comparing the same RAM and storage tier; the available retail snapshot and OPPO launch prices are not equivalent current quotes.
These recommendations follow the published specifications, not hands-on testing.
