For India buyers, the vivo X200 FE is the more compact phone, while the OPPO Reno14 Pro 5G gives you a substantially larger screen and wireless charging. Their headline camera, battery and chipset specifications differ, but the available official information does not establish which takes better photos, lasts longer or performs faster in everyday use. It also does not support a current, like-for-like price difference.

Which phone is easier to carry and use?

vivo X200 FE: the compact option

At 6.31 inches and 186g, the X200 FE is the smaller and lighter of the two. It is the more natural choice if one-handed handling, a less bulky phone or a display that takes up less space in a pocket matters to you.

OPPO Reno14 Pro: the larger display

The Reno14 Pro has a 6.83-inch display and weighs about 201g. Its larger screen gives you more viewing area for video, reading and multitasking, but the listed dimensions and weight make it the less compact option. The practical difference is substantial enough that it is worth handling both phones in person if size is a deciding factor.

How do their cameras compare?

On paper, both phones have a 50MP main camera and a 50MP telephoto camera. Their supporting cameras and stated optical zoom differ:

OPPO Reno14 F Dual-SIM 256GB ROM + 8GB RAM (GSM Only | No CDMA) Factory Unlocked 5G Smartphone (Blue) - International Version

  • Rear: 50 MP, f/1.8, 26mm (wide), 1/1.95", 0.8µm, PDAF, OIS, 8 MP, f/2.2, 16mm, 112˚ (ultrawide), 1/4.0", 1.12µm, AF, 2 MP, f/2.4, (macro), Front: 32 MP, f/2.0, 22mm (wide), 1/2.74", 0.8µm, AF
  • 158.1 x 75 x 7.7 mm (6.22 x 2.95 x 0.30 in)
  • Reno14 Pro: 50MP main, 50MP ultrawide and 50MP telephoto, with 3.5x optical zoom stated.
  • X200 FE: 50MP Sony IMX921 main with OIS, 8MP ultrawide and 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope with OIS, with 3x optical zoom stated.

The Reno14 Pro lists a higher-resolution ultrawide camera and a longer stated optical zoom. The X200 FE’s product information specifies OIS on its main and periscope cameras. Those hardware details do not show which phone produces better photos or video; resolution, stabilization and zoom figures alone cannot settle image quality. For a camera-first purchase, look for independent side-by-side tests in the lighting and shooting conditions you care about.

Battery capacity and charging: what the figures tell you

The X200 FE lists a 6500mAh typical battery and 90W wired charging. The Reno14 Pro lists a 6200mAh typical battery, 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. So vivo has the larger nominal capacity and higher listed wired charging wattage, while OPPO is the only one of these two with wireless charging specified.

OPPO Reno14 F Dual-SIM 256GB ROM + 8GB RAM (GSM Only | No CDMA) Factory Unlocked 5G Smartphone (Luminous Green) - International Version
  • 6.57 inches, AMOLED, 1B colors, 1080 x 2372 pixels
  • 256GB Storage, 8GB RAM, microSDXC
  • Android 15, ColorOS 15, Qualcomm SM6450 Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 (4 nm), Octa-core (4x2.2 GHz Cortex-A78 & 4x1.8 GHz Cortex-A55)

  • 158.1 x 75 x 7.7 mm (6.22 x 2.95 x 0.30 in)

Capacity and charging wattage are not measurements of real-world battery life or charging duration. Results depend on usage and conditions, and the manufacturers’ fast-charging systems may be proprietary. OPPO’s India launch release described the Reno14 Pro as having a “larger 6200mAh 5-year durable battery”; treat that lifespan wording as a manufacturer claim, not an independently verified endurance result. OPPO India’s 3 July 2025 Reno14 series launch release

Do the chipsets show which phone is faster?

The Reno14 Pro uses a MediaTek Dimensity 8450, while the X200 FE uses a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+. Those are the chipset specifications published for the India models, but they do not by themselves establish which phone is faster in everyday use, runs cooler or sustains higher performance during long gaming sessions. If performance is the deciding factor, compare independent benchmarks and sustained-load tests for these exact models rather than relying on chipset names alone.

How much do the phones cost in India?

The available figures do not support a reliable current price difference. vivo’s official India store displayed an X200 FE MRP of ₹64,999 when accessed on 7 October 2026. OPPO’s launch release, dated 3 July 2025, said Reno14 series customers could start at a net effective ₹34,200 during the first sales period. That OPPO figure was launch-period series pricing, not a current Reno14 Pro-specific price. The amounts are from different dates and do not identify matching storage tiers, so subtracting them would create a misleading comparison.

Which should you choose?

Choose the vivo X200 FE if you value

  • A smaller, lighter phone with a 6.31-inch display.
  • A 3x periscope camera and stated OIS on the main and periscope cameras.
  • The higher listed typical battery capacity and wired charging wattage in this comparison.

Choose the OPPO Reno14 Pro if you value

  • A much larger 6.83-inch display.
  • A 50MP ultrawide specification and a stated 3.5x optical telephoto zoom.
  • 50W wireless charging in addition to wired charging.

Neither the official specifications nor the available pricing figures settle which phone offers better overall value. Make that decision using current prices for matching configurations, and use independent testing to judge camera quality, battery life and performance.

What the IP ratings mean for everyday use

OPPO’s India launch release lists IP66, IP68 and IP69 for the Reno14 series; vivo lists IP68 and IP69 for the X200 FE. These ratings describe specified resistance tests, not immunity to damage in every situation. Water or dust exposure can still cause problems, and an IP rating does not override the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Software and updates

OPPO lists ColorOS 15.0 for the Reno14 Pro. vivo lists Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 for the X200 FE. The available product information does not establish a comparable software-update commitment, so check the manufacturers’ current support terms if update duration is important to your purchase.
